That is an awesome store thank you for sharing, I am interested in bidding also but I am leery because I have been told to be cautious especially in a judicial state because the previous owners have a year to buy the home back???

It's really a non-issue these days because all receipts should be scanned and stored electronically.

If you are going to use a box store stick to Home Depot, sign-up for a pro account and take advantage of their backend office for Pro's, it is very robust and will make your life easier. 

We had a couple of tenants go AWOL on us so we just stored the items left behind for a couple of months.

People don't go up to the counter at the department store and argue that the $100 pair of designer jeans should only cost $50.  

When I act as general contractor on my own local projects, I will purchase the major items direct like the cabinets, countertops, fixtures, flooring, doors & hardware, paint, etc. and have it all stored at the property ready to go.

The codes stored are still valid.

Our cleaner physically walked into the local furniture store I mentioned to her (she literally was driving by at the same time we were talking on the phone) where she eyeballed the furniture I picked out, sent me photos, picked other items, sat on them, got my ok, and ordered everything.

@Caden Wakim I am a realtor not a wholesaler, but I think we store more or less the same info.
