There will be your occasional hotel snob that doesn’t understand STR and complain that you weren’t at their every beck and call but if you’re responsive and fair your positive reviews will stand out.Hope that helps!

So, if you have no experience this will be a very hard deal 1 to finance.Right away this is classified as an "Heavy" Rehab job which means rates and leverage change.

(No kids, excessive debt, responsibilities that come with age, etc.)By the time you reach 21 onward your experience level will be that of a budding pro when others may not even have begun which would be incredible for you and would carry a lot of momentum.My biggest advice in the wholesaling world would be find someone who is doing it and doing it well, ask them to bring you on for free or very minimal pay and absorb all of the knowledge in return for time and effort.

Affordability for a major CA city is still solid, and still seeing steady price and rent growth.
