Sorry I have to post this because it just happened: Your wife says you need a new truck because yours makes lots of noise and is 22 years old, you look at $20K trucks calculate the payments on your amortization app and decide you cannot afford it. ...Then you see a million dollar portfolio for sale on BP and start frantically running numbers on your app thinking there has to be some way I can afford this.

Buyers' agents giving commission rebates?
18 April 2018 | 43 replies
Just last month I had a buyer and seller disagreeing on a subsidy for repairs...buyer was at 1800 and seller was at 1100...so $700 apart on like a $700k deal, so I ate half that and the buyers agent ate half to get the deal done.So many people hate real estate agents and the industry, and think they are useless...but let me tell you home sales would come to a grinding halt without them because buyers and sellers could never sit down and agree on a price. 90% of consumers take the transaction so personally, there is no way anything would ever sell.

This would mean that most airbnb rentals would be in neighborhoods that don't have HOAs, which would then cause many of those homeowners to be against airbnb adoption so they don't have to deal with the hassles, loud noise and parties that often occur.I do think there are methods to avoid the neighbors getting upset, but they are exceptions.

Most common reason people turn in their neighbors is parking violations, second is late night noise complaints. If that property you're looking at isn't in Park City proper but one of the surrounding towns like Snyderville all the restrictions change.

He said he put 8 inch bolts through door frames and later he'll grind them down to finish them. He's going to send out electrician to do rough in wiring at end of next week then once he gets the money together he'll do full wiring with inspection, then finish walls and floors and get a tenant in.He didn't say when he'd get grates/bars over windows.
