One of the better things about markets like Central Indiana is it is relatively stable so even if/when the real estate world takes some crazy swings (up or down) historically we don't get hit as drastically as larger coastal markets.

In my market, I see owners trying to one up each other..offering bikes, kayaks, golf carts, scooters, instagram booths, extensive pool toys and so much more just to add value.

Golf cartable to the beach is ok too but if they have to get into a car and drive it's too far.Surprisingly, the majority of properties are flood zone X, with a few exceptions. 

If you can swing it, in the backyard/porch have a mini putting green.
