I am currently living in Midland, TX, but I visit my family in Dallas frequently.

In both of these situations I would have gladly replaced my neighbor with a short-term rental knowing that this stuff would happen occasionally, but most likely not nearly as frequently as we already had to deal with them. 95% of our guests are respectful and we never hear any complaints about them from neighbors.

I work with a lot of newer investors and frequently their numbers are not very accurate, which is to be expected.

Reasonable speculation in appreciation and rent increase is ok.3) No plans for frequent turnover.

Or do you have lightly colored carpet and it gets dirty frequently?

It happen frequently.

The first time I did was so early in my BP days that I hadn't realized you were also a frequent contributor to the forums i read often.

then in the same travel I use the same hotel each time and their card.. so I have two cards one an airline one a hotel and then a third card with is amex not the black card but next one down again that gets me into their club rooms at the airports I frequent. that don't have my airline specific club rooms and the points are easy to use..

I attend most in our area frequently.
