@Megan Ghothane did you look into doing a seepage pit rather than a leach field?

The barriers to entry in this field are FAR too low. 

All in all, the point gets across as the article is meant for those in the commercial real estate field who do not yet have an understanding of blockchain.

The days of just giving opinion and experience on legal matters are in the past...with litigation in our city and tenant rights being so upfront, and your tenant is obviously giving you hints it isn’t going to be easy (otherwise you wouldn’t post on here), you’re walking into a mine-field.

Hello! Does anyone have resources on grants or loans that are specific to real estate? 

I don’t understand how your employer won’t allow an outside Ira even if you work in the financial field.

I have thought about the appraiser field too after meeting the gentleman but its being squeezed by market forces and also by government regulations after the last housing crisis.
