@Kevin Martins Without knowing specific knowledge of your market I would say what you're looking at is closer to Class D.Class C shouldn't have that many problems unless you've got a 1000+ unit property and it's a numbers game where you're bound to at least get a few calls because of how many people there are.

I have already gained so much knowledge from the BP community and I have only scratched the surface. 

Seems like there are very few really knowledgeable people who teach/share.She seems to be one.I've watched/listened to some of her stuff and I would think her information is useful.

That assumes your contract allows for you to "automatically extend" your option period without seller's written agreement on any subsequent extensions.

I would recommend, depending on your level of experience, attending a few Real Estate Meetups in your area and sticking your head in the forums for a while to gain as much knowledge as possible before you pull the trigger on anything.
