I’ve dealt with this a bit before and the short answer is that unless it’s really excessive you really can’t do much about it.For example, they could say the 17 year old sleeps in the living room and how could you say otherwise?

Or for the future you could add a clause to your lease in the pet section that addresses excess barking and fines them additional fees if the city issues a citation, or however you want to word it that works for you.Good luck

@Beshoy Farah  While there can be a legitimate need for multiple service animals (i.e. a person has multiple disability-related needs, multiple people in the home each have separate needs, etc), four service animals for just two people does sound excessive on its face. 

$20k seems excessive, unless that includes the new machines and utility upgrades.Good quality commercial machines (similar to a laundromat) should run somewhere in the $1.3-2k each depending on size and features - they usually have a 5 year warranty and are easily owner-serviced.  

Paying 2 points and then all the fees on top feels excessive, but I'm not an expert.

Some of my Laundromat clients have added drop off/pickup service for Dry Cleaning and Wash & Fold services to increase their revenue.
