lets see, ive rehabbed nearly 60 mostly vacant dumps and turned them into decent ( rental) to excellent (flips) places to live, now generating tax revenues, water bill revenues, env fine revenue,..where once they did not, improving the looks of the neighborhoods for neighbors and the city simultaneously.

On the positive end, house prices are far less expensive in most areas, the availability of homes below market value is excellent and the ability to both use rental income to pay down the loan on the property and make monthly income at the same time is there.

So far the best I can find is a simple excel spreadsheet.
