Looking for a mortgage, auto or student loan may cause multiple lenders to request your credit report, even though you are only looking for one loan.

Where these numbers are found, there is a very high rate of rent actually being paid.We have over a dozen Fortune 500 companies just in Metro Detroit with huge Healthcare, Auto, and mortgage industry National footprints.

yeah I just used the rent calculator that had those values auto-populated in.

But maybe there is something I have overlooked, would appreciate knowing the specific responsibilities of a PM so that I can compare.For me, I have been able to do the following without a PM,1) rent - auto deposit, so I do not need a PM2) emergency plumbing or electrical problems - tenants get immediate assistance from condo maintenance staff, it makes more sense for my tenants to contact the maintenance staff on site than to call me especially for emergencies.3) Repairs - I always insist that either my agent or my contractor does a walk through twice every year to make sure the apartment is in a reasonable condition and attend to any repairs.

Loopnet is another place to look for commercial properties.Lastly, I would suggest talking to agents in the area you are looking to invest in to set you up with an auto feed from MLS.Hope this helps!

FYI - They will no be able to handle your primary home or auto, just the rental properties.
