I actually want the realtors doing all the paperwork with the owners, that's a whole lot of time saved for me if they just have a few extra docs signed when they get the contract and listing agreement signed.

The CG started S&R operations that day as was reported by BP and reported on several media outlets.April 23rd, CG and Interior announced that they were focused on mitigating the damage from the leak, but that neither they nor BP saw any release of subsurface oil.April 25th, CG implements containment, hampered by high winds, rough seas.April 28th, skimming operations resumed after seas calmed.

We have had more "appraisal" and "closing terms" issues since the credit went away - one recent example was a roof replacement required in order to close; the buyer just felt they could get away with it even though the roof showed no signs of leaks etc.
