I love old houses with big moldings, cool original details and some character.

You are going to stress too much to be able to do many more deals if you are worrying about every little detail of the new owner's lives.

Of course, after I graduate college I plan on buying my own rental properties.I've been reading books, watching some YouTube videos, and I just started listening to the BiggerPockets Podcast (which is phenomenal by the way).

To be a good home inspector you need to be Knowledgeable.Have a good website.Provide tons of detail in your reports...Photo's, Video etc...Timely.
