I would recommend you do if you haven't and follow the model, since that is the direction you seem to want to go.

Again this is a personal strategy and will depend on your business model and comfort level but this saved me in 2009 when real estate values crashed.

If this model works out, our plan is that eventually this property will feel like an upscale campground that might also be desirable for large families or reunion groups to book multiple units at once. 

First steps would be to put together a financial model to make sure the numbers will work.
