If not already done I would upload a company logo and set up a professional zillow profile. 

I am a mortgage broker; I haven't done any loans in Detroit but this is where you do your due dilingence by calling the title company and finding out what their cost/fees for doing the settlement will be; you would have to give them the subject property address, and tell them that is an investment property. 

The best GC's I've worked with are 10000% focused on delivery and that is the value I would expect them to bring to the engagement.

That will determine parking, access into doors, outside storage, etc.Get the Building manufacturer or construction company to do the building prints and not an independent engineer. 

If I were you, I'd either find another company, or get a trailer and a helper and go pick them up yourself at Lowes or Home Depot.

Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing substantial amounts of money into our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon.

With tools like AI in your corner, and a company like Zillow leading the charge, there's no dream out of reach.
