Good to read about the MHIC license, the thought on its need was for the business end of it, so there was a business name out there in front of it all, I suppose only for the legal/tax aspect of it.

Your insurance certainly does not cover other people's possessions - for rental properties, that's why tenants have to get renter's insurance.As others have stated, your agreement with the staging company will identify who is responsible.Now, there is another aspect to "who is responsible".
