Looking to get recommendations for insurance providers for small Self-Storage facilities in NC.

Living less than 10 minutes from the hospital is an ideal location for an MTR, especially knowing that the facility will grow. 

I did make a mistake of making a website for my space and using it for direct bookings, and the city has copied my website and claims this is proof of "Residential Home being used as an event rental facility"I removed the website but got ANOTHER letter form the city this week saying my neighbors have sent in yet 4 more complaints of my home.

I can cook meals for my kids, rather than eat at some of these expensive hotel restaurants. 

I would definitely be open to buying an existing facility. 

During COVID, lots of lending facilities are tightening up their lending policy so I'm not sure who's still lending/refinancing to foreigners. 

(Medina, OH) I did research on all of the local storage facilities, called them all the time to see what their vacancies were and how they just generally operated.

Rents probably start at $0.80/square foot in neighborhoods or properties that are not all that desirable but I'd add that to find a studio below $700 is hard to do and in the neighborhoods where we operate they start at about $800 and go up to just under $1,000 plus electric and cooking gas. 

I'm curious about what you have cooking there.Medellin is definitely again on my travel list for this year.
