@Chris Lawlor, you have several ways to engage in a seller financing, you can do a seller finance where title would be transferred and the seller will hold a noteSecond option would be to do a land contract, the title will be hold on escrow until you pay off the debt.

I am asking the sellers to give me something in writing from the town that specifies that the liens will transfer and they are being cryptic which is somewhat of a red flag.
