contact the historic district commission for that neighborhood. one has to exist for a historic neighborhood to be registered with the National Register. they'll provide you a packet with their bylaws, windows are usually one of the hardest things to deal with when dealing with historically accurate facades so don't be discouraged if their rules for that particular item are strict

Now it would be interesting to have a study of sales verse refinances done, but I doubt anyone will commission that study, but my anecdotal evidence has pointed me towards a certain conclusion.

A real Flat fee MLS listing company will charge somewhere around $99-$500 (depending on the company) and offer no service whatsoever to the seller who will offer a commission to buyer agents and performs the tasks of the listing agent.In my opinion this is the best format for BP investors, Most of people here are able to handle a showing, negotiation, review documents and understand them and close a deal. they don't need a Listing Agent.Google Flat Fee MLS and you will find some good reputable local (licensed in your state) companies that will provide the service for you. make sure you deal with the State Licensed Broker directly and NEVER with a third party referral service.

He's mad because he spent a lot of time, effort, and money to become a realtor to make a whopping 3% commission, while wholesalers don't waste even a fraction of the amount of time to make $5k, $10k, $15k, $20k, or more per deal.
