The white to me is "trending" and who knows if it'll last like what I've seen in "beige"  .As long you stay away from those high contrasting old school colors, you'll be fine :)

I hear you, but in the city where we own, there are no rules specific to this matter like the ones you note...we passed our occupancy inspection with flying colors.

I think you picked nice colors and finishes!

If there is something the tenant has indicated they would like to do to "make it their own home", such as putting up flower boxes under the windows, painting a room a color of their choice, etc.

@Jerry Padilla yes, while it needs a little work, primarily cosmetic (you should see the paint colors, someone was a big Clemson fan - bright purple and orange!) 

Julie Marquez, Here's some pros and cons with all 3 colors, IMHOWhite: Pros-Most Common, easiest to find and hence cheapest.

Here are the After pics...We always like for buyers to see 2-3 colors when they walk into THEIR new home...Gotta love Granite & Travertine (My contractor re-stained the cabinets for $450 or so!)

I only have one rental in Lehigh and am going to 1031 out of that and put more money in Cape Coral.
