Important to take into account if you are looking for cash flow, rather than property appreciation. 

They are encouraging people to take money from their retirement accounts and using it to buy properties, not that I am am opposed to this, however, I felt it was a bit strange that they mentioned this kind of financing would use a 5/1 arm.

I have also checked out their pricing, not bad!

But at least you can check under "Price/Tax History" and sometimes see previous rent listings.  

I also would check to see if this is part of the building covered by the condo insurance policy as well.
