Hello, I am looking for a user friendly accounting software for a new investor, Preferably free or cheap.

Cardboard sounds cheap.

I do only have one roll of TP per bathroom except the master which gets 2.We also provide a ton (40+) Keurig coffee pods, creamer, sugars, tea, 40+ spices, flour, can of spaghetti sauce and noodles, etc.All that stuff is cheap when you look around.

It was fun reading all the posts to this thread all over again.I did end up doing what I knew best, that is to purchase a cheap townhouse ($125k) to rent out.

The agent finally dropped him as a client and only making a couple of meager paychecks on cheap houses. 

The problem is that most are looking for cheap.

., but you have to bring SOMETHING to the table. ...regardless of what type of value you bring, it has to be sufficiently valuable for the partner to benefit (and if the partner is a highly experienced and successful RE investor, they ain't gonna come cheap). ...Now, does this mean you should never partner with anyone, or you should give up on the idea of a partnership?
