Don't depend on the photos to determine if an area is nice. 

My issue with them though is you also need to keep a photo of the receipt.

Look through photos of some rentals to see your competition. 

Are they able to view your listing at all such as description and photos?

I recently picked up a 4-unit block construction building in Columbus, OH and wanted opinions on increasing the curb appeal without breaking the bank (photo of ugly building below).

Not sure what kind of photo work you do but if it's things like portraits or weddings and those are in the evening or on weekends, that could allow parts of the days that could be put to doing your woodworking.

Here's the catch, it is interest-free money but is a 2nd lien on your home for 3 years.

The contractor provides photos of the completed work and receipts/more, and then payment is made electronically. 

A few mild depreciation years gives people time to catch their financial breathe and get ready for the next appreciation cycle. 

I just googled ac drain line and a bunch of great photos came up and I'm sure they will be very helpful to give you a visual of whats going on and you can search more specific to what your ac unit is.
