After a week of giving property information with no appointments to view the property we dropped the price to $825 and showings picked up a bit.  

Schedule an appointment to do so as soon as possible.

I haven't risked anything except canceling appointments with people who wanted to see it. 

Once notified, you set an appointment with the repair guy, the appliance was inspected and parts ordered, and the appliance will be repaired. 

Anyway, I was more comfortable with appointment only and I put my phone number on the ads. 

They handled all the showings and no shows (ppl not showing up for scheduled appointments, that would drive me crazy).

But our repair guys are okay with scheduling appointments with the tenant then billing us, so you have to have that in place, too.

We have all been sick, and have had several doctor appointments over the past year relating to coughing/headaches/sinus infections/etc.

I have scheduled with my current tenants a day to show the house to several interested people (Open house by appointment on one day rather that having to bug the tenant a bunch of times).
