As others said, review your asking rental price for the area and also make sure any photos you have advertising the property look really good. 

My VA was calling estate and garage sale advertisements and sending some follow up texts.

I have run into this situation twice and called a tow service that advertises that they tow abandoned vehicles away.

If fact, the opposite is drilled into people...from TV, radio, social media, advertisements, texts, emails, parents, huge houses, nice cars, smart phones, fast food, slow food, no planning, on the go, buy buy buy...we are inundated with consumption opportunities. 

It would not hurt to start advertising it on CL as well.

I've seen RVs, tiny houses and school bus houses advertised on Airbnb and they seem to be booked frequently.  

I have a handful who I can nearly guarantee would experience lots of traffic and business (more than their other location/s in town), but it's not easy to find the appropriate contacts to advertise this space to.

The exceptions include "private owners who do not own more than three single-family houses, do not use real estate brokers or agents, and do not use discriminatory advertisements."

This would include advertising, screening, credit checks etc.

We even use similar tours to advertise to tenants on our Instagram page.
