Very rarely a rehab goes as planned , something unknown comes up and the contractor will call you and tell you the problem and the additional cost . 

The house is worth around 200K, I didn't plan on charging interest, just an additional $600 a month for the 20 years.One of my biggest concerns is the foreclosure/Eviction process.

Possibly but i want to make sure i am doing the right thing to get there.I am 39 years old, no child but plan on having one at some point.
