I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy and I hope that I can prevent others from being scammed by WealthAbility by posting my personal experience on as many forums, websites, platforms as possible and by filing complaints to every agency out there that deals with consumer fraud.

Also thought it could be a good idea to learn about different markets in Ohio, possibly for the future.  

The possibility of rent growth and cheap capital will lower cap rates while high interest rates and stagnating or declining rents will raise them. 

They certainly won't get those supercharged returns if they don't find the right property and doing the hard work that we're doing with our properties.There's nothing wrong in showing what's possible but I think we should all be cautious managing people's expectations. 

I want to invest in real state and I want to start as soon as possible.

Also re-zoning will be complex, but possible.

Any test is subject to possible mis-reading, though those are more exceptions to the rule.

Is it possible to buy properties out of state with 5% down?

I will need to rehab and upgrade the vacant side, and am very curious about how that process will be remotely (possibly working with A2Z to facilitate that).
