I still follow one of those people today and trust them and their conclusions 1,000%, based on my experience with them.Once again, I feel the place for you to start is to get very clear on where you "want to be", then you will be able to get a clearer idea of what to do today to head that direction.

If you have internet connection onsite the meter has 5 year battery and you can read it remotely.The old versions basically had an outside meter in a lock box in parallel with the water line.

That is a very saturated market for STR so I do think it makes sense that 1/3 is underperforming, but based on taking a loss now, I would probably stay tight and keep going because you have the set up in the area.
