I don't like using the 5 gallon buckets because it leaves too much air space to paint ratio and they're a pain in the butt to pour and store.

I can tell you having been there its a massive pain having to get mortgage statements on 20 personal loans to to get more financing and alot of banks do not know how to underwrite it so its quite possible you will get close to limit and just decide to go commercial financing even if residential possible.
