Not all the electric stuff we have now.If your wiring is modern but just 2 wire it is easy to put a  double outlet of 3 wire where any Susie Homemaker can easy plug in using NEW 12 ga. wire on a heavier breaker and 3 prong outlets.

@Duane Whittaker, I'm almost 100% positive you have to be under a broker, unless there's some weird state law out there (in GA) that would allow you to be a lone operator.
