Focusing on growing capital, reinvesting profits, diversifying investments, and using tax strategies is crucial.

I blame the politicians that create rules that allow this.   

Live in one unit and update it while you rent the other unit, then once that is vacant, move into that one and repeat.With renos, don't go overboard especially if it is a rental.

I have some short-term rentals, and occasionally, a few of these have turned into mid-term rentals when rented out for several months.

This type of property has the chance to cashflow, even highly leveraged, in a market where cashflowing properties are quite difficult to find.Could house hacking a property like this work while I am going to school?
