Look on Dallas Craigslist and see where and to who the majority of STRs are marketed. 

LA in California, Dallas Texas, and Memphis Tennessee mainly.

I know that texas is quite a distance, but you could really stretch your dollars here and there is a ton of opportunities here, there are multiple opportunities here in my town (lubbock) and many more in the dallas area, austin are, san antonio, and houston areas. 

Larger counties like Harris, Tarrant, Dallas, and Bexar take a couple of months for the data to get loaded and payments made.

Just being lazy this morning and wanted to see if anyone had any luck looking up homes behind on their taxes in Dallas.I wonder if theirs a public list available online?

So many people from San Diego were moving to Dallas/Austin but it didn’t pencil out as well and I didn’t have any truly local familiarity.  

The economy especially in Texas and Dallas is BOOMING.
