Not a bad dealNow... there's the taking ownership side of things.Regarding "not using your own money or credit" concept, this is accomplished by using the land contract you mentioned or a purchase and sale agreement in the form of wrap around mortgage or as subject to the existing loan.

I did a Rebel Alliance symbol for the company logo and called it the Han Loano, but didn't actually use it for anything. shrug Maybe I just need BofA's marketing resources, so journalists can write advertisements for me and call it "journalism."

All though I am still working on licensing & contracts needed to get work performed in the allotted time for each home renovation meets a time line,This will never be perfect I decided in every home remodeled by this organization we are going to have one design for both kitchen & bathroom that the hope will reach a new younger target for market reasons any thought or feedback first time right concept,
