Bookings do drop off during the summer months (roughly June through September), but I was just talking to my STR rental manager and he pointed out that most of my clients' properties are still booked every weekend + some odd days throughout the summer.

I promised the family I wouldn't ask them to move, if they're OK with either my being gone most weeks and only seeing me on occasional weekends- That is, until my RE investing pays off ;)I'm looking at options to finance wherever I end up.
