Property values are too low to make the loan size attractive to most Boston/Worcester lenders, and the drive to look at the property is not worth the time involved.

@Tarcizio GoncalvesThe 2% rule is extremely hard to find in Massachusetts, especially near Boston @Saran Mandhadapu right on point with the 50% rule (50% of your rental income will be expenses, this is just a quick estimate)
