I’m kind of in the same boat.

When I factored the rental amounts I allocated a low price per square foot on the shipping container units ($ 10 psf ) and I did not add  any additional revenue which can be attained through vehicle/RV/ boat storage.

Someone recommended it in a different forum today, so I listened because we're in the same boat as you!

There is a beachfront area, area to park boats and it seems like a lot of potential for additions and changes.

Does anyone in the group have experience flipping a property with a seawall and a boat house?

I'm in a similar boat as Tiara, with similar cash reserves and ready to rock. 

appreciation I think we can define as someone buying at market rates and a rising tide raises all boats.. properties just go up organically with no special work done or buying distressed assets and value adding.. 

Hi Ash - I'm in the same boat... and was ideally considering multifamily in the Bay Area.  

I'm on the same boat but I'm going after using the HELOC as a down payment for 2-4 houses and refi down the road.
