The only insurance companies in the game for the stuff we are doing in Berwyn and Cicero seems to be Distinguished programs through Zurich, a little bit of Honeycomb and Greater New York.

( both new builds and or rehab properties) I was not able to find any, rent to retirements has some in Ocklahawa which is kind of close to Ocala…but from what I read on the forum Ocklahawa is a lot more rural than Ocala, and not appreciated as much, is this true ?

Figure out your costs and buy homes where you are stationed that will be good rentals after you leave to go to your new posting.

If they give very little information or the new capital will only add a year or two to the viability of the deal, then I am likely not going to give them more money.The changing or stopping of distributions and calling capital are very stressful and concerning events when you combine it with a lack of information and transparency from the syndicator.
