I'm wondering if there is a better way to describe what I do or to answer the question, "what do you do for a living"?

I wonder if I could sell you one of my rental properties in an O zone and use the money to reinvest myself in the same zone.

I was wondering, in case she doesn't pay her portion ( considering her portion is a large one) and I will need to evict her, will the eviction process be extra hard for me because of her disabled child in  Philadelphia, PA  Philly?

He say his tenant is a go getter, and sure he will find a job soon.I ran into this tenant a few weeks later, and the good new is, he found a new job, He couldn't be more thankful, saying his landlord is so wonderful.

(Not a live in flip) He also was wondering if he should refi his house, pull 75k out, pay the vehicles off and put the rest down on a new house. rent the original house out and take that money to pay the refi mortgage, the rent would cover the mortgage plus an extra 150 per month ..I’ve been telling him about refining his house and use that towards a BRRRR or some other real estate investing.
