Crypto-currencies seem to be the hottest growth item on the shelf these days, that said, they can depreciate wildly and quickly on a bad day.

I really do need to make a list and include it in the leasing packet but I haven't done it yet.Dumbest calls: My dryer won't start (the installer had turned off the breaker), there is a cat outside meowing at night keeping my kids up, I can hear the neighbors having sex, there is water on the floor (they left the window open and it rained), my AC wont start (they had turned off the breaker because the fan was too loud), my kids locked me out (my units do not have self locking door knobs only keyed deadbolts and one way deadbolts from the inside, the kids had locked the one way deadbolt...what do you want me to do lady?

I meant it sounds like you're in for a fun, wild ride with your business having a lot of success... embrace the craziness and enjoy.

However, the lady across the street from me has an RV parked in a way that is ugly and not fitting with the rest of the houses.

Just FYI, I am out of state.Having said that, should have the house completed in the next 1.5 weeks or so and plan to list it for $200k after talking with my RE agent.....I think that might be a little bit of a stretch to sell it at that, but should be in the ballpark.Just got a random call from a lady who says she is very interested in the house and asked what I was planning to do with it. 

I skip traced and called the owner lady in oklahoma who has been back in oklahoma since 2015 when she left dallas because her husband who she lived in the house with died.
