@Lynne Garris I will message you with a recommendation to get phone numbers, emails, and mailing addresses through skip tracing :) I would say that you should layer your direct mail and other forms of marking like ringless voice mail or cold calling.

If you have lots of sludge in the tank that blocks the outflow, that probably means the tank doesn't have a lot of cultures which eat at the sludge layer, so it introduces them and they do their job, which eventually unblocks the outfow.

And a person can add layers, for example, say you don't have good cash either but do have a friend, relative etc. who would partner and has the cash, done, as C4D doesn't have those nightmares of red-tape on seasoning for funds etc..
