I was shocked to see one of my houses listed for sale Craig's List...I texted the guy and he said his "assistant" listed it yeah right and I had it removed and now it is back up with another heading... now he says some company he works with listed it and it will be down in 24 hours...meanwhile if you reply it sends you to some website where you have to pay for "leads" ....how do I make him stop ...he is not a Realtor...

I read on the Oklahoma County Court Clerk website that it takes 5-10 days to get a court date for an eviction.  

What I do is buy and sell websites / online businesses online.

I get that.I have been going to several of the usual websites where notes are available. 

The marketplace would be a great part of the website for you to search for deals if you're still looking.

Your best source of cash buyers at first will be other tk providers so if you look on their websites to get an idea of areas you will then know what zip codes to target.  

I have mixed opinions about the county appraiser's value listed on their website because the market value of a property seems too different than what some investors are looking to buy/sell that property for.What are your preferred methods for finding the market value of a property?
