Just trying to rough estimate total rehab costs before putting in an offer!

We have a specialist do that and they are relativley cheap, but it still adds up.So we have started using a very similar grey carpet tile in a few new houses last year for the basement, both finished and unfinished areas.

Even just a back door frame starting to rot due to rain splashing up, we put up a diverter and fixed the frame.

It’s never taken me 45 day to find a decent property to buy, and you can start looking 15+ days before your sale closes if you are in a tight market.

Total investment is $20k.

My partner and I just started, created the LLC, got all the documents, and have begun introductions with lenders across the market.

I started long-term rentals last year with a focus on Section 8 properties.

Is the overall feeling for this area better to try to start flipping first rather then rental properties?
