It also happens to be not much further from where I live than my chosen area so it would be a good local for me also (but I have so much expertise on my area).My chosen area (which I think you can figure it out or you can look at my profile) I suspect is closer to Carmel Valley than Chula Vista is to Carmel Valley.

If any of those came back not what we were expecting, we could have backed out and our only cost would have been the option fee (and the cost of the inspector).Good luck to you, I suspect you are debating on the foundation.

I am not an attorney, but I suspect that the management has created a bailment in whatever arrangement they have made for receiving mail and packages. http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/Bail...If they mishandled the package, they're probably liable for damages.

Since I ofter fully furnished apartment leases by the semester in a heavily academic area, my 2 rentals are in high demand and the leases are signed many months before the lease begins, so the fact that Cozy will default the first deduction to "now," is a significant issue for my tenants but I suspect that is not an issue for most tenants and landlords.
