So with that being said, my partner and I decided to get into Real Estate and flip houses to rental properties to do whole sale properties and the likes.

Did you partner with anyone at all and dos you do the work yourself or contract the rehab?

I plan to move back to the West Coast (San Diego) for my next tour and would love to meet some local PC investors to partner with so I can continue investing in this area when I transfer.
