I think that the craigslist and MLS rental ads in my area (Hudson County, NJ and NYC) prove that most landlords and agents are still underestimating the value of quality photography.Putting ourselves in the shoes of the renter makes the decision to hire a professional easy, I'm more likely to go see a place that looks clean and bright vs. dark, cluttered and distorted. 

Sure, you can turn it around but the chatter makes it seem like it's a quick 30-90 day process.So what would I do in your shoes?

Some insight from someone who's been in my shoes or currently using these forms of marketing would be great.

All of this said, aside from reading and learning more, I'm wondering what those of you with experience would do to get things doing if you were in my shoes.

You could offer a little less or even get a seller credit.If I was in your shoes and could do it I would take the next step to make this work.

Invest in some quality foorwear -- Rockport hiking shoes are always reliable.
