I pretty much grew up in Queens and the Island . . . what neighborhood are you from?

Hopefully we can chat this week, I can easily share my resources and how we run our STR/MTR/LTR island business.

AMI (Anna Maria Island) is cracking down on vacation rentals and have many restrictions. 

While Navarre Beach is still definitely "up and coming", the island is narrow and an easy walk to the beach but most guests still prefer to be closer to the beach and that may be affecting your numbers.

I'm just one data point, but I have house hacked in Queens in a two-family and am doing it again now in Long Beach on Long Island.

I currently manage about a dozen properties on the island but I am onboarding 4 this month!
