I've read that the skills lawyers bring to the table, especially with a completed degree and certification, generally show they have good talents for the biz, so should I be putting that out there?

All the "selling skills" in the world wont help you if you can't get buyers qualified and financed.

@Shayne Hastings I believe wholesaling is a necessary skill for all to learn.

I can fly a helicopter, I can't fly a jet fighter, I don't have the knowledge or skills required to fly a jet fighter.
