If I were in your shoe, I will look at the distressed properties which have the main aspects of the house in relatively good condition.

I agree and think there is another missing aspect that hasn't been mentioned.To me this property takes away the unique feel of staying in an AirBnb or VRBO, and transforms it into a glorified hotel.

The reason I answered was to help flesh out the anonymity aspects of LLCs and trusts and how those things tend to work.

Aside from the accounting aspect of note servicing, the servicer also needs to be mailing monthly statements along with end of year mortgage interest statements.  

I can say without exaggeration that every aspect of my life got better once I had 1) a written vision that I consulted regularly plus 2) radical accountability to a small group of peers to stay focused on the things I claimed were truly important to me!

The previous owner had a u-haul business there, but it didn't seem to bring in that much $$$.What other services do you provide to help supplement additional income from just the storage aspects?
