He mentioned they have a flat rate prop mgmt fee and their rehabs are gutted down to the frame with all new systems installed and basic level trim.Neither podcast mentioned his last name or the prop mgmt company name.

I think that the grade 1 security claim by kwikset and the fact that they advertize them as bump-resistant resolves my concerns that I am providing good locks for their security.I am not a lock expert but it seems like this type of lock can take away a lot of business from locksmiths (nothing against locksmiths!)

A lot of less experienced rehabbers seem to like more entry-level, working class neighborhoods around the city like Beechview, Brookline, West View, etc.

Yes you can find 100 qualified to rebuild for every 1 qualified to remove the mold.It makes the project much more understandable on your level and their level
