I think that the grade 1 security claim by kwikset and the fact that they advertize them as bump-resistant resolves my concerns that I am providing good locks for their security.I am not a lock expert but it seems like this type of lock can take away a lot of business from locksmiths (nothing against locksmiths!)

A lot of less experienced rehabbers seem to like more entry-level, working class neighborhoods around the city like Beechview, Brookline, West View, etc.

Both were entry level simple two-box ranches,  about 1276 SF.

The seller just isn't at a pain threshold yet to do a deal at a level I would feel comfortable at.

Yes you can find 100 qualified to rebuild for every 1 qualified to remove the mold.It makes the project much more understandable on your level and their level.
