You start by taking 2 classes and 2 tests to become an agent then you work for another broker for a couple years, then take a bunch more classes and a couple more tests and THEN you can open your brokerage!

They'll take pride in working for such a reputable brand, and you can bet they'll be fired up to achieve the company's goals. 

Additionally, I aim to build my network and finding other investors, property managers, agents, and wholesalers in middle Tennessee or other areas in which I might one day invest.

I totally get the struggle with agents being MIA; that can be super frustrating.

I think I would really like being a real estate agent and recently I applied for a real estate agent assistant job, to learn and get more experience!
