This is talking about properties in markets that aren't likely to appreciate and when you buy them for 30k they are actually worth 30k.

They have a MGMT company manage folks renting the place while they are away and they are down here 5 months out of the year, definitely aren't making crazy money but enough just to not sink with the bill.

I've tried a handful, but most aren't accurate especially when it comes to the owners contact info. 

@Rowen Burney have a plan so you aren't making the same mistake. 

My partner is based in Central Jersey and we are looking for a property manager to help manage day-to-day operations as we aren’t super close to the building.

I would prefer to buy an empty building vs a fully occupied building with 4 units who I may have to evict immediately if they aren't paying rent. 

No real contact info (there is an info@ email buried somewhere) and even though the search is fairly polished some of the pages are sketchy looking and the subscription links aren't even actual CC forms or secure.

Other people that say they don't buy on speculation, the majority aren't from Utah, don't understand the rental crisis here, and don't know that Utah has been in the top 5 for same year sales growth (double digit) for the past five years.

I'd be careful about undercutting other office splits, as the type of agents that sort of plan attracts aren't usually the ones you want...plus they'll jump when a cheaper options comes available.

You aren't going to live there and renters don't care.
